Saturday, June 6, 2026
- From 06:00 Bib collection for Le Marathon at the Marché Couvert in Montreux.
- 07:20 Mandatory safety briefing (Le Marathon) at the start line.
- 07:30 Start of Le Marathon (42.5 km, 3080 m D+) from the Place du Marché.
- From 11:30 Expected arrival of the first athletes of Le Marathon.
- 14:00 - 17:00 Bib collection for all Sunday races at the Marché Couvert.
- 15:00 Award ceremony for Le Marathon under the Marché Couvert.
- 18:00 Closing of Le Marathon finish line.
Sunday, June 7, 2026
- From 06:00 Bib collection for Sunday races at the Marché Couvert in Montreux.
- 07:30 Start of the Marche & Nordic Walking category (La Classique) from the Place du Marché.
- 08:00 - 08:45 Free shuttles to Caux (departure Place du Marché).
- 08:17 Departure of the MOB train (Gare de Montreux, Platform 8) for runners heading to Caux.
- 09:00 – 09:15 Staggered starts for runners (La Classique).
- 09:30 Start of La Cadette and La Hike and Fly from Caux.
- 09:45 Start of La Directissime from Caux.
- 13:30 Closing of the finish line & Award ceremony at Rochers-de-Naye.
- 14:00 End of the event.
Bib Collection
Bib collection takes place exclusively at the Marché Couvert in Montreux.
Mandatory ID
Presentation of a valid original ID is required for collection. For the race, a physical copy or the original is mandatory in your basic equipment.
Shipping Option
Residents in Switzerland have the option to choose "Home Delivery" (CHF 3.-) during registration.
🚫 No On-Site Registration
It is not possible to register during bib collection or on race day.
⚠️ Important reminder for starts in Caux
There is no bib collection at the start in Caux. Passing through Montreux is mandatory.
Refreshments
Energy management is the key to your success. For this edition, we are focusing on reducing our ecological footprint.
Cup Management
For Le Marathon
Strict "Zero Cup" concept. No cups provided. A personal cup (min. 15cl) is mandatory.
For Sunday races
Cups are available, but we strongly encourage using your own reusable container to limit waste in the mountains.
Aid Stations
- Le Marathon : 4 stations.
- La Classique : 8 stations.
- La Cadette & La Hike and Fly : 5 stations.
- La Directissime : 2 stations.
Available on site: Mineral water, sports drinks, cola, salty and sweet snacks.

Le Marathon

La Hike and Fly
- Parachute: Wearing a certified reserve parachute is mandatory from the start.
- Live Tracking: The Burnair Map app must be installed on your smartphone. (Live Tracking activated during the race).
Poles Regulations
✅ ALLOWEDLe Marathon, "Marcheurs" and "Walking" categories, La Directissime and La Hike and Fly.
If a runner starts with poles, they must keep them for the entire race. It is forbidden to abandon them.
🚫 FORBIDDEN"Coureurs" categories on La Classique and La Cadette.

Changing Rooms & Showers
Changing rooms equipped with showers are at your disposal at Collège Etraz throughout the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Bag Drop and Transport
Le Marathon (Saturday)
A bag drop is available under the Marché Couvert in Montreux. Your bag will remain secure there for the duration of the race.
Sunday Races
Participants can drop off their bags in the van located at the Place du Marché. Your bag will then be transported directly to the finish line at Rochers-de-Naye.
⚠️ Security & Liability
We remind you not to leave any valuables (phone, car keys, wallet, etc.) in the dropped bags. The race declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss, or damage to the contents of the bags.
